## About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Administrator to join our team. You will have strong Facilities Support experience along with excellent customer service skills. You must have good communication skills and be confident on the telephone and be able to work in a fast paced department. You will have good Microsoft skills and be able to navigate around portals. You will be required to be part of an on-call rota which you will be paid over and above your salary. Experience within the construction industry would be advatageous but not essential, * Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence., * Helpdesk: 1 year (preferred)

* Taking phone calls from clients
 * logging jobs and allocating to field technicians
