Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading analysis workstreams, mentoring other analysts and influencing senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority. Business Analysis Skills: Strong capability in requirements elicitation, process mapping, operating model design, gap analysis, business case development and benefits management. Stakeholder Engagement: Confidence working with senior leaders, operational teams, technical specialists and external clients. You can challenge assumptions professionally and guide groups toward clear decisions. Commercial Awareness: A strong understanding of how operational decisions affect cost, service quality, customer experience, risk and organisational performance. Tools and Methods: Experience using recognised business analysis techniques and collaboration tools. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments is expected. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can produce clear business documentation and present complex findings in a practical and understandable way.
