Technical assessment A practical assessment designed to understand how you approach software engineering, technical decision-making and problem-solving., A final conversation focused on how you take ownership, collaborate with others and approach real-world technical challenges within a growing business. ## Description This is a hands-on role covering both frontend and backend development, with opportunities to contribute to Android applications, cloud infrastructure, hardware integrations and emerging AI projects. You'll work closely with colleagues across engineering, product, operations and customer success to design, build and improve customer-facing products, internal tools and backend services. As part of a small, collaborative engineering team, you'll have plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to make a visible impact. One week you could be developing a new React feature; the next, building a backend service, integrating a payment provider or improving how we remotely manage devices deployed across major venues.
