## About the Role

* Experience with Session Border Controllers (SBCs).
 * Strong knowledge of VoIP and telecom protocols, including SIP, SDP, RTP, DTMF, IMS, call routing, IVR, and voicemail.
 * Experience in voice technologies, including G.711, G.729, and AMR-WB codec validation and troubleshooting.
 * Good understanding of NFV, Telco Cloud, and IP networking concepts.
 * Skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) using Wireshark, PCAP/SIP trace analysis, trace collection, and issue reproduction techniques.
 * Experience in performance, load, and service validation testing, as well as monitoring and operational support.
 * Strong background in test management, including test strategy, planning, specification, STLC, SIT, UAT, ORT, defect triage, and reporting.
 * Experience with automation and scripting using Python, test automation frameworks, and telecom test automation solutions.
