 * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 * Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue and business growth.

## Description

* As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities within IT, Managed IT Services, IT Infrastructure & Support Structured Cabling, Data Centers, CCTV, Access Control & Integrated Security Systems.
 * Generate new business opportunities across the UK within both public and private sectors.
 * Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including IT Managers, Directors, Procurement Teams, and C-level executives.
 * Identify opportunities for managed IT services, cybersecurity, networking, cloud solutions, and integrated security systems.
 * Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
 * Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close new business opportunities.
 * Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation.
 * Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.
 * Represent the company at industry trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
 * Liaise with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts meet revenue recognition and compliance standards
