 * Ansprechpartner m/w/d für Netzwerk- und Securityservices sowie fachliche Schnittstelle zu den Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen
 * Durchführung von projektbezogenen IT-Anliegen
 * IT-Systemlösungen konzeptionieren
 * Infrastruktur-Probleme untersuchen und diagnostizieren
 * Installations- und Netzwerkfehler analysieren und beheben
 * Lösung von Netzwerkprobleme
 * Netzwerksicherheitslösung des Untenrehmens weiterentwickeln und pflegen
 * Sie unterstützen den Service und Troubleshooting
 * Troubleshooting (2nd und 3rd Level Support)
