## Description

* Administration, Überwachung und Wartung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerk, Clients, Firewalls, Drucker etc.)
 * Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Arbeitsplatzsystemen (Windows, Microsoft 365 sowie mobile Endgeräte)
 * Betrieb und Support der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Switches, Router, WLAN und VPN)
 * Analyse, Diagnose und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen
 * Anwenderbetreuung im Rahmen des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports
 * Planung, Umsetzung und Begleitung von IT-Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
 * Erstellung und Pflege der technischen Dokumentation von IT-Systemen und Prozessen, * Persönlicher und direkter Kontakt zu Arbeitgebern
 * Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung während des Bewerbungsprozesses
