This role demands strong ERP and finance process expertise, proven experience in program management, and the ability to drive alignment across multiple workstreams and global teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, results-oriented leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex programs involving technology, process, and organizational change., * 12+ years of overall project/program management experience. * 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale ERP transformation or implementation programs, preferably within finance or enterprise systems. * 5+ years experience managing multi-workstream, cross-functional, global programs. * 5+ years experience managing ERP implementations or migrations (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred). * 5+ years of in-depth understanding of core financial processes - General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting, and Reporting. * 5+ years hands-on experience in ERP data migration, integration testing, cutover, and post-go-live support. * Familiarity with Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT, or similar quality frameworks. Certifications * Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification required. * Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or PRINCE2 certifications are a plus. Education * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. * Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered. Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $78,948 - $164,476. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
