This role is at the center of our data-driven transformation, partnering across the business to define standards, drive system consolidation, and ensure our data supports confident decision-making at every level., * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) * Experience supporting enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, or financial platforms * Strong understanding of data modeling, relational data structures, and system-of-record principles * Hands-on experience with data mapping, normalization, and master data management * Ability to clearly document complex data concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences, * Experience working in multi-business-unit environments or during mergers and system consolidations * Familiarity with CRM platforms, ERP/Finance systems, and enterprise data warehouses * Experience building or maintaining enterprise data dictionaries and governance frameworks * Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail, * A passion for data governance and stewardship * Confidence influencing and collaborating across functions * Strength in structured documentation and standards development * Big-picture, systems-oriented thinking * A continuous improvement mindset-you're always looking for a better way ## Description The Enterprise Data Steward is responsible for establishing, governing, and maintaining a unified enterprise data model that supports a single CRM platform, a single Finance and Accounting system, and the consolidation of multiple business units into a single, trusted system of record. This role ensures data consistency, integrity, and usability across the organization by defining data standards, developing an organizational data dictionary, and aligning and mapping data from multiple source systems into a normalized enterprise structure.
