You will translate product direction and program needs into structured, executable plans, and oversee development to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery., Own Internal Development Execution * Develop and maintain detailed, actionable schedules for product development efforts. * Drive day-to-day execution across cross-functional engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software, firmware, systems, etc.). * Coordinate across teams to ensure aligned execution. * Identify, track, and manage dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
