 * Sicherstellung einer hohen Abrechnungsqualität durch eigene Prüfroutinen und kontinuierliche Optimierung
 * Umsetzung gesetzlicher und tariflicher Änderungen im SAP-HCM-System inklusive Tests und Qualitätssicherung
 * Prüfung relevanter SAP-Hinweise und Begleitung technischer sowie rechtlicher Anpassungen
 * Weiterentwicklung von SAP-HCM-Prozessen und aktive Mitgestaltung moderner HR-Projekte
