 * Fundiertes Wissen über HR-Prozesse und deren technische Abbildung in SAP HCM.

## Description

* Du betreust SAP HCM Projekte von der Analyse über die Konzeption bis zum Go-live - mit echtem Gestaltungsspielraum.
 * Du berätst Deine Kunden bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR-Kernprozessen wie Personaladministration (SAP HCM-PA), Zeitwirtschaft (SAP HCM-PT) oder Entgeltabrechnung (SAP HCM-PY).
 * Du führst Customizing in SAP HCM durch, konzipierst Schnittstellen zu Drittsystemen und bist Ansprechpartner*in für Fachbereiche und IT.
 * Du arbeitest remote oder vor Ort beim Kunden - je nach Projektanforderung.
 * Du möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen? Gerne - als ProjektleiterIn oder MentorIn für KollegInnen.
