 * Be an early applicant, Lösungsdesign: Konzeption und Aufbau kundenspezifischer, hochverfügbarer IT-Infrastrukturen mit Fokus auf Server- und Speicherumgebungen

Systembetrieb: Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Betrieb und die Administration von komplexen IT-Landschaften in den Rechenzentren unseres Kunden

Wartung & Optimierung: Planung und Durchführung von Updates, Upgrades sowie Patches zur Gewährleistung der Systemsicherheit und -stabilität

Troubleshooting: Analyse und Behebung von Störungen als zentrale Anlaufstelle im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support für Endkunden

Qualitätssicherung: Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und lückenlose Protokollierung der Supportfälle im Ticketsystem zur Sicherung der Servicequalität
