 * Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung in Windows-basierten IT-Umgebungen einschließlich Clients, Netzwerken und Peripherie
 * Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Standardanwendungen und branchenspezifischer Software wie DATEV, Microsoft Office und DMS-Lösungen
 * Verwaltung und Betreuung der Microsoft-365-Umgebung sowie Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung über Active Directory bzw. Entra ID
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie Unterstützung bei Schulungen und Anwendereinweisungen
