Du gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung von Automatisierungsprojekten und treibst technische Qualität sowie Teamkultur voran. Du arbeitest mit Backend- und DevOps-Technologiegruppen, die PHP, relationale und dokumentenorientierte Datenbanken sowie Container- und CI/CD-Werkzeuge umfassen. Du profitierst von klaren Entwicklungspfaden, moderner Arbeitsumgebung und der Möglichkeit, Prozesse nachhaltig zu verbessern, * Führe fachlich ein kleines Entwicklerteam und begleitete die individuelle Entwicklung der Teammitglieder
 * Gestalte und verbessere Entwicklungsprozesse, Code-Qualitätsstandards und CI/CD-Pipelines
