## About the Role

* Mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung im SAP HCM (Personaladministration, Organisationsmanagement und insbesondere Entgeltabrechnung/Payroll) - idealerweise inklusive Schemen- und Regelpflege sowie Customizing.
 * Praxiserprobte Erfahrung mit SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) im Betrieb und/oder in Transformationsprojekten.
 * Gutes Verständnis der SuccessFactors-Integration: Kenntnis der Integrationsmechanismen zwischen Employee Central und ECP (Employee Central Data Replication, Integration Center / Middleware, Konfiguration der Replikationsobjekte).
 * Erfahrung mit SAP Time Management (PT bzw. EC Time Management) von Vorteil.
 * Sehr gutes Verständnis von HR-IT-Architekturen, Schnittstellen und End-to-End-HR-Prozessen.
 * Erfahrung in Hypercare- und Post-Go-Live-Phasen sowie ausgeprägte analytische, lösungsorientierte und kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
 * Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Business Analytics oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation; Zusatzqualifikationen in Analytics, Data Visualization oder Projektmanagement sind ein Plus.

## Description

* Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Employee Central Payroll (ECP):
 * Du verantwortest den stabilen Payroll-Betrieb und treibst die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer HR- und Abrechnungsprozesse voran.
 * SuccessFactors-Integration im Fokus: Du betreust die Punkt-zu-Punkt-Integration zwischen SuccessFactors Employee Central und ECP (Replikation von Mitarbeiter-, Organisations- und Zeitdaten) und stellst einen reibungslosen End-to-End-Datenfluss sicher.
 * Schnittstellen, Reporting & Compliance: Du verantwortest HR-Schnittstellen, Reporting sowie Compliance-Themen (inkl. SOX) und sorgst für nachhaltige Qualitätssicherung und Fehlerbehebung.
 * Change Requests & Releases: Du begleitest Change Requests, das SAP-Release-Management sowie Hypercare- und Post-Go-Live-Phasen und sicherst einen stabilen Betrieb.
 * Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe: Du arbeitest eng mit HR, Payroll, IT und externen Partnern zusammen - von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur produktiven Umsetzung.
 * Wissenstransfer: Du führst Schulungen für End- und Key-User durch und sorgst für nachhaltigen Know-how-Aufbau im Team.
