* Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von IT-Systemen, Servern und Netzwerken
 * Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen
 * Betreuung und Support von Kunden vor Ort, telefonisch und per Fernwartung
 * Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Microsoft Windows Server- und Clientumgebungen
 * Administration von Microsoft 365-, Azure- und Cloud-Lösungen
 * Planung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von IT-Projekten
 * Installation und Betreuung von Netzwerkkomponenten, Firewalls und WLAN-Lösungen
