* Successfully completed technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field), international qualifications are an advantage
 * Several years of experience in the automotive industry
 * Profound knowledge of function development or software testing
 * Experience in client projects and direct communication with German OEMs
 * Ability to coordinate international teams and share knowledge effectively
 * Excellent English skills; proficiency in German is an advantage
 * The position is performed permanently on-site in Pune

## Description

* Establishment, management, and technical leadership of local engineering teams at the Pune (India) site.
 * Close collaboration with German departments on joint development and testing projects.
 * Participation in international client projects with OEMs in the field of Electrical/Electronic (E/E) systems.
 * Support in competency building as well as the professional and personal development of colleagues in India.
 * Coordination of work packages, reporting, and alignment with international stakeholders.
 * Involvement in function development or software testing - depending on your specialization and experience.
 * Proven professional experience in building, expanding, and managing international teams.
