 * Be an early applicant, Du arbeitest in einem technischen Beratungsteam und begleitest Projekte von der Analyse bis zum Go-Live mit Fokus auf SAP-gestützte Finanz- und Abrechnungssysteme. Dabei sammelst du Erfahrung in Systemanpassungen, Migrationen und stabilisierenden Hypercare-Phasen. Du profitierst von einer steilen Lernkurve, regelmäßigen Feedbackformaten und gezielten Weiterbildungsangeboten. Die Tätigkeit findet in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld in der Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar mit Standort Heidelberg statt., * Berate interne und externe Stakeholder zu Prozessen und Systemabläufen auf SAP-Basis
 * Erstelle Customizing-Einstellungen und führe Fit-Gap-Analysen durch
 * Begleite Migrationen und unterstütze Umstellungsphasen inklusive Hypercare
 * Führe Workshops und Schulungen für Anwender*innen durch und übergib Wissen nachhaltig
 * Koordiniere Abstimmungen mit internen Schnittstellen aus Technik, Einkauf und Qualität
 * Dokumentiere Prozessänderungen und erstelle klare Statusberichte
