* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

## Description

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von 1 bis 2 IT-Teams mit insgesamt bis zu 10 Mitarbeitern
 * Verantwortung für die operative Steuerung des Tagesgeschäfts sowie die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs
 * Planung, Priorisierung und Koordination von Aufgaben, Projekten und Ressourcen innerhalb der Teams
 * Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder durch regelmäßige Feedback- und Entwicklungsgespräche
 * Mitarbeit bei der Definition und Optimierung von IT-Prozessen, Standards und Best Practices
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen zur Aufnahme und Umsetzung von Anforderungen
 * Betreuung und Steuerung externer Dienstleister sowie Unterstützung bei Eskalationen
 * Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Service Levels und Qualitätsstandards
 * Unterstützung des IT-Managements bei Budget-, Kapazitäts- und Personalplanungen
 * Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten sowie Begleitung von Veränderungs- und Digitalisierungsinitiativen
