## Description

* Leite das Tagesgeschäft im Team und stelle einen reibungslosen Betrieb der Netzwerkdienste sicher
 * Organisiere und bearbeite Störungen inklusive Monitoring, Analyse und Eskalation
 * Führe 2nd-/3rd-Level-Support-Aufgaben für LAN, WLAN und WAN durch
 * Sorge für die Pflege von IP-Services wie DHCP, DNS und Proxy-Administration
 * Betreue Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Firewall-Settings im Rahmen der Informationssicherheit
 * Unterstütze Rollouts und Onboardings bei neuen Kunden- oder Partneranbindungen
 * Arbeite in Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur mit und erstelle Statusdokumentationen
