 * Assemble, wire, and maintain lab test benches and fixtures used for BMS hardware validation.
 * Support functional testing, characterization, and troubleshooting of BMS boards and subsystems, capturing and documenting results.
 * Operate and maintain electronic test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, electronic loads, function generators, and battery cyclers.
 * Use CAN tools and interfaces to communicate with, monitor, and debug BMS hardware during bring-up and testing.
 * Diagnose hardware faults at the board and component level and perform root-cause investigation alongside hardware engineers.
 * Update and reconfigure existing PCBAs to reflect engineering change orders (ECOs) and design revisions.
 * Maintain accurate records of builds, modifications, test procedures, and equipment calibration status.
 * Keep the lab organized, safe, and compliant with ESD, electrical safety, and battery-handling practices.
 * Support engineers with prototype assembly, cable harness fabrication, and general lab tasks as needed
