## Description

We are seeking an experienced Lab Computing Analyst to support Windows 11 upgrade and IT asset management projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows 11 deployments, hardware/software troubleshooting, laboratory computing environments, and IT asset management.Key Responsibilities:

 * Perform Windows 11 upgrades, imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting.
 * Install, configure, and support computer hardware, peripherals, and laboratory systems.
 * Support asset inventory, hardware tracking, and documentation.
 * Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.
 * Manage tickets and documentation using ServiceNow and Jira.
 * Maintain accurate asset records and support inventory reconciliation.
