You bring grit, heart, and humility to your work, and you're excited about the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment., * Demonstrated ability to successfully take ownership and drive multiple concurrent objectives or activities, and effectively make decisions to prioritize tasks and allocate time given evolving business priorities * Deep knowledge of computer hardware and networking infrastructure * Demonstrated ability and desire to learn Corporate, Division, and Facility-specific applications, technology, and terminology * Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability Customer-focused, and models exemplary customer service, * Associate's degree in Networking Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field, OR comparable level of professional experience * Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification, preferred * At least 3+ years experience in Networking and/or Telecommunications field * Experience in Call Center administration, IVR systems, Enterprise Telecommunications Infrastructure including VoIP systems, Cloud-based technologies, PBX phone switching systems, Call Routing, Dial Plans, and reporting software, + Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer. + Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times. + Must hold a valid drivers license. + Ability to work in a multi-office environment and willingness to travel to other offices nationwide as required.
