This role helps us answer one key question: Is our training working and how do we know? As the Sr. Training Measurement & Systems Analyst, you'll own how we measure training effectiveness and ensure our learning platforms and reporting gives operational team members clear, useful insights. This is not a traditional training role. It focuses on data and systems, turning learning into something we can measure and act on while bringing clarity to how training impacts the network.
