 * Expertise in SQL and working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.

## Description

You will lead business and data analysis activities for a major conversion project.

 * Drive end-to-end data analysis and data mapping activities.
 * Act as a communication bridge, translating technical concepts for business users and vice versa.
 * Collaborate cross-functionally.
 * Map and transform incoming data from external firms to the Client format for seamless integration.
 * Develop and deliver clear technical documentation, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.
 * Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
 * Uphold best practices in SDLC, requirements gathering, change management, and issue tracking.
