## Description

The Remote Solutions Support provides exceptional customer and technical support by assisting clients with product questions, troubleshooting common issues, resolving service requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role works closely with implementation, operations, and product teams to deliver timely solutions and maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

 * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
 * Troubleshoot product, account, and application issues.
 * Resolve customer support requests .
 * Document customer interactions and maintain accurate case records.
 * Monitor support queues and prioritize requests appropriately.
 * Create and update knowledge base articles and user documentation.
 * Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
 * Track recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
 * Participate in customer onboarding and training sessions.
 * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
