This role will develop and maintain ServiceNow capabilities across multiple workstreams including Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro), Software Asset Management (SAM Pro), and CMDB. The developer will partner closely with ITAM Process Owners, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit to deliver regulator-ready, auditable solutions.
