## About the Role

* 1+ years of IT Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support experience
 * Experience with Active Directory and ServiceNow
 * Knowledge of Windows OS, printers, VPN, and Microsoft Teams
 * Strong customer service and communication skills
 * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
 * Must be local to the Nashville, TN area

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Onsite)

## Description

* Provide Level 1/Level 2 IT support via phone and in person
 * Troubleshoot Windows, printers, applications, VPN, and network issues
 * Reset passwords and manage user accounts in Active Directory
 * Configure and support iPhones/iPads
 * Manage and update ServiceNow tickets
 * Provide remote support using Microsoft Teams, RDP, and WebEx
 * Deploy and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripherals
