## About the Role

The Accounting Systems team is looking for a detail-oriented Associate Software Engineer to join a collaborative team focused on enhancing already in production complex systems and creating technical enhancements for manual business processes.

## Description

Location: Hybrid (Lakeland, FL): To support our hybrid work model, candidates must reside, or be willing to relocate, within a commutable distance of Lakeland, FL.
Work Model: Enjoy the best of both worlds - collaborate in person and innovate remotely.
Interview Process: Candidates selected to advance in the interview process will be required to participate in at least one onsite interview at our Lakeland, FL campus.

 * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve defects and performance issues
 * Follow industry standards and controls (e.g., SOX) to support financially regulated systems
 * Improve application performance, resiliency, and scalability to support high transaction volumes
 * Create and maintain clear documentation for software, including architecture, APIs, and user guides
