## Description

* Design custom 3D models and detailed 2D production drawings in SolidWorks for commercial, industrial, and agricultural steel fabrication projects.
 * Create accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical documentation to support efficient manufacturing and assembly.
 * Collaborate with our fabrication team to develop practical, manufacturable designs that balance quality, functionality, and cost.
 * Analyze design concepts, troubleshoot engineering challenges, and recommend improvements that enhance production efficiency and product performance.
 * Mentor teammates by sharing SolidWorks knowledge, providing training, and helping others strengthen their CAD design skills.
 * Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve our products and engineering processes continuously.
 * Partner with manufacturing personnel to resolve design-related issues and ensure projects move smoothly from engineering to production.
 * Stay current on SolidWorks advancements, engineering best practices, and manufacturing technologies to continually improve our capabilities.
