Desired Skills + Advanced degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent + Strong technical background with experience in hardware development, test, and integration + Experience with requirement definition, documentation and verification + Experience with design validation and/or qualification testing + Familiarity/proficiency in supply chain management and subcontracts + Experience writing test procedures, reports, and delivering test results to the customer in a professional manner + Excellent verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with members of the engineering/management staff and customer community. ## Description Lockheed Martin España is seeking a hardware or systems engineer to lead technical oversight of Spanish content for a new radar signal processor. Your responsibilities will include: + Provide technical oversight for supplier design efforts and integration of tactical equipment into the higher-level radar signal processor + Perform requirement decomposition to develop product performance specifications, statements of work, and supplier data requirements for radar system suppliers + Participate in and coordinate design reviews and technical product reviews of supplier designs + Support technical suppliers, conduct supplier visits, and validate supplier technical products + Function as an interface between program and radar system leadership, and supplier development efforts + Establish verification plans and test procedures showing traceability to system and subsystems specifications + Provide oversight of component verification and qualification test activities, developing final verification artifacts + Support subsystem integration and test, driving any Spanish supplier issues to resolution + Identify opportunities and support production activities within Spain.
