 * Freude an Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Mitarbeitenden und unseren Communities

* Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Service Designs sowie Begleitung der Service Transition
 * Planung und Durchführung von Minor und Major Changes sowie Bearbeitung von Incidents und Problem-Tickets
 * Weiterentwicklung der Services durch Automatisierung und Verbesserung der User Experience
 * Mitarbeit im agilen CISCO-Fokusteam unter Einbringung von Expertise und Ideen
