You will be leading the delivery of M365 capability across the business which will be key to the way the business is working within the modern workplace ## Description The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is responsible for leading and coordinating Agile delivery across the M365 Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring alignment with enterprise transformation initiatives including OneDDC and Perseus. The role acts as the chief facilitator, delivery leader, and escalation point for the ART, enabling teams to deliver value predictably while ensuring strong planning cadence, dependency management and alignment with PMO governance and the OneDDC Agile Strategy and Operating model. The RTE will work closely with Product Management, Scrum Masters, the PMO, and senior stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality Agile delivery at scale.
