 * Programm-/Projektplanung und -zeitplanung einschließlich Strukturplan
 * Risiko-und Chancenmanagement (Risk & Opportunity Management)
 * Leistungsüberwachung (Nachverfolgung von Meilensteinen), Steuerung und Berichterstattung, Phasenprüfungen
 * Konfigurationskontrolle/Änderungsmanagement im Hinblick auf Vertragsdaten
 * Implementierungsmanagement für PM-Prozess und -Werkzeuge
