You have hands-on experience with agile development and a track record of taking features from concept to launch. At adjoe, you'll own the Analytics Dashboard product end-to-end, managing a dedicated development team, driving the roadmap, and making strategic decisions that directly impact advertiser performance. * High ownership, low ambiguity tolerance. You manage team progress through selective KPIs, run a lean high-output development process, and continuously improve iteration speed and product quality - specifically around campaign management and optimization features. * Develops the people, not just the product. Using Go, Kafka, and Druid, we process and render real-time analytics across 50+ million daily events, ensuring accuracy and complex campaign performance reporting at scale. On the frontend, we tackle genuine engineering constraints: utilizing TypeScript and React, we have moved beyond standard library limitations to build highly optimized graph-rendering with Recharts capable of visualizing datasets that would overload conventional solutions., At adjoe, you're not here to just close JIRA tickets, you're helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech.
