 * Valid German driving license

## Description

As a Field Service Technician at Micron, you will play a crucial role in supporting and troubleshooting a variety of IT assets. Your expertise will ensure that our users have a seamless experience with their devices and software, contributing to our world-class standards. This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of an ambitious team in Munich, Germany!, * Install, configure, and update PCs and portable devices

 * Maintain orderly IT rooms and install equipment into data center cabinets
 * Provide support for client software, including Office 365 and Teams
 * Install and upgrade software applications
 * Open and coordinate tickets with remote IT support groups
 * Qualify service requests and route them to the appropriate resolution teams
 * Develop automations leveraging AI to improve task efficiency
