 * Du bist jederzeit bereit Dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten, bist Ideengeber und Beobachter von Neuentwicklungen/Trends in der IT
 * Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch und die Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Reisetätigkeiten runden dein Profil ab

## Description

* Anforderungsanalyse und Aufbereitung von Softwareanforderungen für die Automatisierung (Material-Handling-Systeme) unserer MOCVD-Anlagen
 * Begleitung von Softwareprojekten rund um unsere MOCVD-Anlagen von der Anforderung bis zur Auslieferung
 * Bearbeiten aller Aufgabenstellungen rund um die Steuerungssoftware für unsere Systeme in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
 * Unterstützung bei der Planung/Koordination/Beauftragung von externen Zulieferern
 * Erstellung der Trainingskonzepte und -unterlagen sowie Projekt- und Produktdokumentationen
