 * Bearbeitung von Hard- und Softwarebestellungen
 * Erstellung von Übersichten und Auswertungen aller Supportanfragen
 * Erstellung und Aktualisierung von IT-Dokumentationen
 * Unterstützung der IT-Projektleiter bei Projektplänen und Meetings
 * Pflege und Verfolgung von IT-Logbuch-Aufträgen
 * Verwaltung von IT-Hardware, Servern, Schnittstellen und Anwendungen
