 * Betreuung und Unterstützung der Anwender:innen im First- und Second-Level-Support (remote und vor Ort)
 * Dokumentation von Systemlandschaften, Prozessen und IT-Lösungen
 * Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten, Rollouts und Prozessoptimierungen
