Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team., Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE ## Description o Design, configure SIR, VR, Threat Intelligence, and Configuration Compliance modules. o Revert SIR back to OOTB by removing all customizations, exporting SIR records, uninstall/reinstall SIR and workspace applications plugins, updating SIR records status back to OOTB states, confirm SIR classic form layout and workspace are back to OOTB, create transformation mappings to import removed field data into SIR record work notes, revert roles/ACLs back to OOTB and help w/ creating/updating reports/dashboards. * Technical Leadership: o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. o Lead technical discussions and design sessions. o Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed. o Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. * Troubleshooting and Support: o Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues. o Assist in routine maintenance, upgrades, patching and testing, on the ServiceNow platforms. o Configure ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollouts of new applications and modules. o Support data owners with data visibility, validation and cleanup * Collaboration: o Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. o Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of ServiceNow solutions. * Documentation and Training: o Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow processes and configurations. o Conduct training sessions for end-users and other developers. * Continuous Improvement ## Related Videos - [Applying Agile Principles to Incident Management ](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/101-applying-agile-principles-to-incident-management) - [JavaScript?
