In deiner Rolle bearbeitest du Anwenderanfragen, unterstützt bei der Fehleranalyse und trägst zur Optimierung von Supportprozessen bei. Du wirst mit Client- und Kollaborationsplattformen wie Windows, macOS oder Linux sowie gängigen Office- und Ticketing-Tools arbeiten und Schnittstellen zu internen Fachbereichen pflegen., * Bearbeite Anfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level Support und bearbeite Tickets bis zur Lösung
