* Build and ship end-to-end features across the stack (React/Next.js, NestJS, Python, PostgreSQL)
 * Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to solve real customer problems
 * Own your work - from idea to deployment and beyond
 * Sit with product and customers directly: you're expected to have opinions on what we build, not just how
 * Work on a service-oriented architecture deployed on AWS
 * Bring your ideas, challenge assumptions, and shape our technical direction with the team
 * (If senior) Mentor others and help us raise the engineering bar
