## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in backend or software engineering.
 * Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js.
 * Solid experience with PostgreSQL and complex data structures.
 * Track record of building data-heavy applications and scalable infrastructure.
 * Experience with AWS or similar cloud environments.
 * You care about quality, security, and user experience - and it shows in your code.
 * Comfortable owning large parts of the product roadmap - independently and within a team.
 * Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Nice to have:

 * Experience with MDM systems or enterprise device management.
 * Familiarity with data analysis or analytics tooling.
 * Experience with Windows-based services and server environments.

## Description

* Design, build, and maintain the backend architecture of deeploi's platform - with a focus on scalability, reliability, and clean code.
 * Own features end-to-end: from planning and architecture to deployment and maintenance.
 * Work closely with frontend and DevOps teams, contribute to code reviews, and help set engineering standards.
 * Optimise performance of data-heavy systems and ensure infrastructure scales with our customers' needs.
 * Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical hiring.
