 * Be an early applicant, * Eigenverantwortliche Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft 365-Umgebung (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune).
 * Umsetzung und Betrieb von Cloud Security- und Compliance-Lösungen (Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, MFA, Security & Compliance Center).
 * Betreuung von Hybrid-Szenarien: AD / Azure AD Synchronisation, GPOs, Berechtigungsstrukturen und On-Prem-Integration.
 * Mitgestaltung und Automatisierung von IT-Prozessen mit PowerShell und Microsoft Power Platform.
 * Unterstützung des IT-Supports bei komplexen Incidents in hybriden Systemlandschaften.
 * Mitwirkung bei Projekten zur Cloud-Transformation, Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Prozessoptimierung.
