 * Be an early applicant, Infrastruktur-Management: Betreuung, Überwachung und Administration der hochverfügbaren IT-Systemlandschaft und des Rechenzentrums unseres Kunden

Virtualisierungsbetrieb: Eigenständige Basisinstallation und Einbindung von virtuellen Maschinen inklusive der dazugehörigen Betriebssysteme in die bestehende Infrastruktur

Systempflege: Planung und Durchführung von Patches, Updates sowie Upgrades nach definierten Serviceprozessen, beispielsweise nach ITIL

Troubleshooting & Recovery: Analyse und Behebung von Störungen, Durchführung von systemrelevanten Backup- und Recovery-Aufgaben sowie Koordination mit dem 3rd-Level-Support

Dokumentation & Mentoring: Sorgfältige Dokumentation der Systeme und Tätigkeiten im Ticketsystem sowie die fachliche Unterstützung von Kollegen
