## Description

Du startest bei uns eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung (w/m/d) und ein begleitendes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik an der FOM Dortmund

 * Konzeption und Erstellung von IT-Systemen: Du wirst lernen, wie man kundenspezifische IT-Systeme und Softwareanwendungen entwickelt, die spezifische Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen erfüllen.
 * Wartung und Pflege: Die Wartung und Pflege sind entscheidend, um sicherzustellen, dass Softwareanwendungen reibungslos funktionieren und den Anforderungen der Nutzer entsprechen.
 * Projektarbeit und -planung: Du wirst Methoden der Projektplanung erlernen, die dir helfen, effizient an Projekten zu arbeiten und diese erfolgreich umzusetzen.
 * Kundenkontakt: Während der Entwicklung und Einführung von Softwareanwendungen ist der enge Kontakt mit Kunden wichtig, um deren Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und sicherzustellen, dass die Lösungen effektiv sind.
 * Kundenbetreuung: Auch nach der Einführung der Softwareanwendungen ist die Betreuung der Kunden wichtig, um Support zu bieten und mögliche Probleme zu lösen.
