 * Be an early applicant, * Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Client-, Drucker- und Arbeitsplatzinfrastruktur an den Standorten Wolfach und Schiltach und unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden im Tagesgeschäft mit einem hohen Serviceanspruch.
 * Digitale Arbeitsplätze sind genau Dein Ding: Du sorgst im operativen Anwenderkontakt für zuverlässigen und modernen IT-Betrieb und kümmerst Dich um nachhaltige Lösungen (bspw. Windows-Clients, mobile Endgeräte, Drucker) bei Herausforderungen vor Ort.
 * Du dokumentierst Installationen, Konfigurationen und Änderungen nachvollziehbar und arbeitest eng mit den zentralen IT-Teams zusammen.
 * Du analysierst und behebst Störungen im Bereich Hard- und Software sowie der Arbeitsplatzinfrastruktur und leitest bei Bedarf nachhaltige Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ein.
 * Du begleitest die Einführung neuer Technologien, Standards und Projekte und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Arbeitsplatzumgebung bei
