## Description

* Oversee the functional delivery of SAP implementation projects, ensuring clear scope, effective planning, and successful execution.
 * Act as the primary escalation point for delivery risks, project challenges, and customer-impacting issues.
 * Partner with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Product, Technical, Data, Customer Success, and Support to deliver successful project outcomes.
 * Ensure the delivery of high-quality SAP functional services, including requirements gathering, business process design, solution configuration, testing, user training, and go-live readiness.
 * Drive resource planning, utilisation management, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise delivery performance.
 * Establish and maintain delivery governance, implementation standards, methodologies, templates, and best practices to support scalable and consistent project delivery.
