Preferred Qualifications * Experience with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), modeling (e.g., ArchiMate/UML), and portfolio governance. * Background spanning cloud, data, integration, security, and end user domains ## Description In the role of Lead Enterprise Architect, Strategy, you will spearhead the development, implementation, and governance of ADUSA's enterprise IT strategy and architecture, ensuring alignment with our business strategy and vision. This position calls for a forward-thinking leader who will set the destination and architecture runway and guardrails to guide the IT organization. We are seeking a candidate with a strong engineering mindset and extensive architectural experience, who can offer visionary leadership and articulate strategic guidance. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continual improvement across the IT organization. Sets the enterprise technology vision and operating model, orchestrating cross domain roadmaps, standards, and governance to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value. Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations are Salisbury, NC & Quincy, MA.
